As I mentioned in the previous page, we believe that when you buy a new computer you should be able to take it out the box, plug it in and use it. Not spend hours setting it up, installing updates, being nagged to buy extra software and transferring all your data. We do all of this for you and, unless you have a large amount of data to transfer, we don't charge a penny extra.
We are an independent, local business. Meaning more of the money you spend with us stays in your local economy.
We can't afford a foreign call centre. So, if you need help with a product you have recently bought from us you will have to put up with being assisted by the person who actually built/set up you your item.
We are Stroud's longest established computer sales and repair centre, established 24th November 1997.
We trade from a shop (2 units merged into 1 actually) not from the back of a van, spare bedroom or garage.
We are trusted by many local businesses. So much so, that, as far as we are aware, at least one business on every street in the town centre has a computer supplied and/or maintained by us.
Since there are only the five of us we don't have time to waste testing faulty returned items. So, we try our best to only stock quality, durable items, meaning you have less hassle too.
Our biggest form of advertising is word-of-mouth, which means that we go the extra mile delighting our customers with our products and services so they will spread the word. This also helps us to keep prices low as we don't have an advetising budget to maintain.
We only hold small stocks of each product which means that we don't have to charge a premium to allow for discounting an out of date product.
We're flexible. If you need us to hang around a bit longer after hours so you can pick your computer up for example then that's fine. We're regularly here well into the evening keeping on top of the work. Just let us know a day or two before hand as we do need the occasional night off.
