Our Ethics... When Microsoft released Windows Vista all our suppliers were pushing us to sell it, despite all of the bad reports and reviews it was receiving. In their opinion because Vista needed a much more powerful computer than XP did that was an opportunity to sell more powerful, more expensive and more profitable machines. When a customer buys a computer from us we want them to be delighted with what they have got, not the bank manager delighted with our profit margins. So long as we can earn a decent living were happy.

Your Data... Nowadays the value of a computer can be insignificant compared to the value of the information it holds. A computer can be replaced for a couple of hundred pounds but the cost of a lifetime's photographs can be priceless. That is why our number one priority when fixing your computer is the safety of your data. Where some national companies make a point of specifying they don't care about your data, we definitely do though please note. We will do everything in our power to take the best care of your data but we cannot take responsibility for it. You should always have at least 2 copies of anything you don't want to loose as any storage device is capable if failing without any warning.

Computers Should Be Simple... So you've gone to PC World and bought a computer? What happens next? You need to spend the next 24 hours setting the thing up, making recovery disks, doing all the Windows updates, and getting all the data across from your old computer. Then to add insult to injury you find that, because of all the free trials and adverts, your computer is no more productive than your last one. WE BELIEVE THIS IS WRONG. With one of our computers you just need to take it out of the box, plug it in, turn it on and use it. And all at no extra cost (unless you have a massive amount of data to transfer from an old computer). Obviously we cannot install additional devices like printers and broadband modems, unless they are brought in to us.
